National Energy Policy Development Group

Also known as the Energy Task Force, the group was established by President George W. Bush in 2001 to draw up a national energy policy. Sessions were secret and the White House refused to release the names of those meeting with the group, which was headed by Vice President Dick Cheney. The Washington Post published details about the list in 2007.
